EMILY SMITH

Emily is a 500hr-certified yoga teacher and NASM trained personal trainer. After turning to yoga to physically find some balance after years of sport (and very little stretching), I stuck with it for the past 15 years because of the unexpected impact it had on my state of mind. I love providing students with a safe environment to experience those same benefits for themselves. I’ve spent the past decade+ deeply immersed in the study, application, and sharing of yoga from a variety of traditions, lineages, and modern styles and believe that a well taught yoga class has the potential to feel like a magical reset - restoring the mind, body and breath to a state of peace and rest.
