SENIOR YOGA AT GET FLEXY
This class will focus on Yoga postures and flows specifically sequenced to work stability, balance, flexibility and range of motion. Classes will also include simple breath work and relaxation techniques to help support your nervous system. Suitable for beginning Yoga students.
THINGS TO KNOW:
Most classes will consist of practicing postures while standing, sitting on a chair or floor, on all fours on a mat and laying down.
Class length will be 45-60 minutes.
Participants must be able to get down and up from the floor - the use of a chair to do so is okay.

SCULPT
An intense practice using hand held weights through Sun Salutations and Asanas, Yoga Sculpt brings weight training to the yoga class.

Tuesday 8 AM, Thursday 4:15 pm & Friday 9 AM
SIMPLY
A well-rounded practice incorporating help poses, simple flows, breath awareness and relaxation. Use this class to focus, strengthen, stretch and return to a state of internal balance.

FLOW II
A progression of Flow I offers a more vibrant practice that will include sun salutations, inversions & more. You will connect breath with movement while you build strength, endurance, flexibility & stability.

POWER
A vigorous & athletic class that has more advanced postures, twists, core strengthening, balances, inversions & immersions.

Practicing Yoga together creates community. If we've ever needed to come together and practice it is now. The past years has been difficult for many. Yoga has a way of creating bonds between the students and oneself. Learning to embrace your body, mind & spirit is one of the greatest health enhancing tools we can use.
Taking the time to breathe, move and be present for our class and each other creates power and positive changes to our mind, helps create strength in the body and together we can create an atmosphere of love, hope, faith, healing and peace.
We realize that some are ready to jump right into class and others have never practiced Yoga before. Whatever your story is, please know that Yoga isn't a competition. It mirrors life in many ways, day by day, hour by hour, with each class - we get stronger and more resilient, focused and bendable - and realize that our life is a journey and not a race.
