Grab this Introductory Stretch Package that includes a 75 minute consultation, assessment and initial stretch session plus two 60 minute sessions and your home stretching program for $240.

WHAT TO EXPECT

When you arrive for your first session, you will bring your completed intake form. From there we will discuss what you answers reveal which may include injury history, soreness, medication, surgeries and anything that may have contributed to your present situation.

After this, we will go through different movement patterns to assess how your body moves and where you may be experiencing pain. From there we will move you to the table where you will lay down and we will begin your stretch session.

DURING YOUR SESSION

Expect my hands to be on you during your session and we will communicate throughout the session on how you are feeling. I will instruct you on how to breathe with me during your session and add some active components to the stretch session when warranted.

FST is very gentle and relaxing. You will feel a light pulling of the stretch and the release throughout the body as well allow the fascia to adjust back into correct alignment. Often clients will fall asleep during the session.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR & WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Comfortable yoga/gym clothes to allow complete range of motion. Compression shorts are a good idea for guys and clean socks are great!

You can expect to start seeing results between one to three sessions. Most clients will feel immediate results.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

We will talk through your medical history, what you're feeling in your body presently and what your goals are. After we'll go through a few assessments and then into the stretch. During the session I will help direct your breath to synchronize with the stretch allowing the body and nervous system to fully relax.


DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes. For any cancellations made the day before your scheduled stretch session you will be charged 50% of the session. For cancellations made the day of your scheduled stretch session you will be charged full price for the session. I understand that emergencies arise - I will do my best to make every accommodation necessary to help you keep your appointments.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GO?

It depends on what your body needs and what your goals are. I always suggest starting with three or four session close together to jump start the process. You will see better results when you do your initial sessions consecutively.

IS IT ONLY FOR ATHLETES?

No! FST is for everyone! Whether you are an athlete looking to enhance your performace or recovering from surgery, or want to increase mobility, de-stress and feel completely relaxed and centered this is for you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER MY SESSION?

If possible, I recommend scheduling your session for a time after you've completed any strenuous workouts for the day or on your day off. Taking it easy after your session allows the body to fully receive the benefits of the FST session. I call it marinating in your relaxed & lengthened state.

CAN I STILL GO IF I'M INJURED?

Yes you can. In fact, coming in for a session can help to speed up the recovery process. Definitely let Stacy know what's going on before - when you book your stretch session.
