What is Get Flexy?
Get Flexy is a fitness and yoga studio built around an amazing, supportive community. Our approach is guided by the Flexy 5 Pillars: Strength, Yoga/Pilates, Stretch, Nutrition, and Mindset- to help you move better, feel stronger, and support your overall well-being. We are more than just workouts, we’re here to create a space where you can grow, connect, and feel empowered inside and outside of our studio!
Where are you located + where can I park?
We’re located at 525 Church Street, Suite 2, Honesdale, PA. A large parking lot is available right in front of the building. To find us, head up the stairs and enter the first set of doors on your right. There’s a second set of doors on your left (you’ll see our flyers and signs) and it will lead you down the hallway directly to our studio!
Do I need to be “fit” or flexible to join?
Not at all! Our classes welcome all fitness levels and can be easily modified to meet you where you are. We also offer a variety of beginner and intro classes to help you get started with confidence.
*What types of memberships and passes do you offer?
We offer single class drop in rates, 10 class card and monthly unlimited memberships.
What’s the best value if I plan to come often?
Our unlimited membership offers the biggest savings compared to drop-in classes, especially if you attend 3+ classes a week!
*Can I freeze or pause my membership?
We understand life can sometimes get in the way of our exercise and wellness plans. Should something arise that you need to freeze or pause your membership we kindly ask for a 30 day written notice. All inquiries should be directed to info@getflexyhonesdale.com
*How do I book a class?
We use Mind Body Software for all of our services including classes, Personal Training and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
What if I’m new- where should I start?
We recommend starting with one of our intro or beginner-friendly classes to get comfortable with the studio. You can also connect with Hannah, our Client Relationship Manager, at ambassador@getflexyhonesdale.com or 570-390-3171. She will guide you through the onboarding process, help you explore packages and membership options, and point you in the right direction to get started.
*What if I’m running late to class?
It is recommended that you arrive to class early and set up the appropriate equipment for your session. We understand that at times, traffic and weather can play a role in your ability to arrive promptly to class. Because some of our classes require a thorough warm-up it is recommended that if you are going to be any later than 5 minutes you reschedule your workout.
Do you offer private training or small group sessions?
Yes! We offer 1:1 personal training, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), and custom private group classes!
What should I bring to class?
Bring a water bottle and, if you’d like, a small hand towel (especially helpful for our heated classes). Depending on the class, you may need a yoga mat and sneakers- check out our image guide for which classes require them. All other workout, Pilates, and yoga equipment will be provided for you!
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get signed in, set up, and grab your equipment.
What should I wear?
Wear any athletic clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident. We recommend breathable fabrics, and leggings or biker shorts for bottoms since you’ll move through a variety of poses and positions. Most importantly, wear what helps you feel your best!
What makes Get Flexy different from a regular gym?
We’re a community-focused studio with uplifting instructors, personalized guidance, and functional training designed to improve your life outside the studio!
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a late cancel/no-show fee and to ensure other members have the chance to take the available spot!
*Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we have gift cards for purchase.
Do you have showers or changing rooms?
We don’t have showers at the studio yet, but we do have a bathroom stocked with toiletries and feminine hygiene products- perfect if you’re squeezing in a workout on a busy day or need a quick refresh before heading out.
What if I have an injury, medical condition, or physical limitation?
Please check with your doctor first and let your instructor know before class. We’ll provide safe modifications so you can still move and feel supported!
