What is an Annual Membership?
An Annual Membership is a 12-month commitment designed to support consistency, results, and community. Members receive a preferred rate and full access to our in-studio classes, programming, and the Get Flexy App as long as the membership remains active.
Why does Get Flexy offer annual memberships?
Consistency is one of the most important drivers of progress. Annual memberships allow us to:
- Offer preferred pricing
- Plan high-quality programming and staffing
- Build a strong, connected community
- Support long-term habits instead of short-term fixes
Can I pause my Annual Membership?
Because annual memberships are discounted in exchange for a 12-month commitment, pauses are limited.
Medical Holds
Medical holds are available for documented medical reasons such as injury, surgery, or pregnancy-related complications.
- Medical documentation may be requested
- Holds are limited to 60 days
- Studio and app access are paused during the hold
- Membership resumes at the original rate
- Non-Medical Holds (Travel or Personal Time Away)

We understand that travel especially during winter months in Northeastern Pennsylvania is customary for some members. To support consistency while traveling, active members receive complimentary access to the Get Flexy App.
For non-medical reasons:
- One (1) optional non-medical pause per annual term
- Maximum of 30 days
- $25 administrative hold fee
- All studio and app access are paused during the hold
- Membership resumes at the current market rate
Can I keep app access during a pause?
No. Access to the Get Flexy App, on-demand workouts, habit tracking, and messaging is included only with active memberships. App access is paused during any membership hold.
What if I’ll be away longer than 30 days?
If time away exceeds 30 days for non-medical reasons, the Annual Membership must be cancelled. Members are always welcome to rejoin at current pricing and availability when ready.
Will my rate be held if I pause?
Rates are not guaranteed following a non-medical pause or cancellation. Any membership that is paused, cancelled, or expires and is later reactivated will resume at current market rates.
Are unused classes or time credited?
No. Membership dues are non-refundable and cannot be credited for missed classes, unused time, travel, or voluntary time away.
Why is the Get Flexy App included with active memberships?
The app is designed to help members stay consistent whether they’re traveling, juggling a busy schedule, or supplementing studio classes. It’s part of how we support long-term success beyond the studio walls.
How are unused memberships handled?
Memberships, unused time, and unused services are non-transferable and may not be applied to other products, services, programs, retail, events, or credits at the studio.
